As Wealth Management Managing Director, Jason leads the Champaign/Ford Market team of Private Wealth Advisors, Fiduciary Advisors and Financial Advisors. He and his team build generational relationships with clients through our full-service wealth management solutions.

Jason joined Busey in 2012 as a Private Client Manager. In 2014, he moved into the role of Private Client Regional Manager and in 2019 was promoted to Director of Private Client. In his most recent role, he oversaw all aspects of private banking—servicing the needs of high net-worth clients while expanding client relationships.

An integral part of the Champaign-Urbana community, Jason serves on the board of DREAAM, a non-profit organization providing service and support to help transform the lives of Black boys and young men from pre-k to college, and the LARB Homeowner’s Association. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University.

This role allows her to work with a team of professionals to provide seamless coordination of her clients’ financial goals, relieving them of the stress of coordinating their financial affairs while also working to enhance their financial security. Shawna is committed to helping her clients see their entire financial picture and does so in an effective, confidential and highly professional manner.

Shawna attended San Diego State University and focused on finance. Since moving to the area from California, in 2010, Shawna enjoys being involved in the community by volunteering and being active in her children’s school district.

By providing concierge service to key clients, Amy addresses both personal and business financial needs. She began her banking career in 2011 and joined Busey in 2012 as a Universal Banker, continuing to expand her working knowledge of the financial industry with roles as a Personal Banker, Assistant Branch Manager and Treasury Management Portfolio Manager.

Amy believes in giving back to her community, including serving on the Board of Directors with Courage Connection, an organization providing shelter and supporting services to domestic violence victims and their families. In addition, she is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Harrington Institute of Interior Design with a Bachelor of Applied Arts.

In this role, Ashlie is responsible for prospecting and developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families in order to provide personalized and strategic wealth solutions. Her philosophy is centered on getting to know her clients so she can better understand their needs and goals, and then collaborate with them to create a unique, individualized plan that will help them achieve the best outcomes for their financial future.

Ashlie joined Busey in 2024 and brings nearly 17 years of financial services experience along with her, having most recently served as Vice President, Private Client Services with Elements Financial in Indianapolis. Outside of work, she has a history of being actively engaged in the greater Indianapolis community through her ongoing involvement with organizations such as the Hamilton County Leadership Academy and the local school system. She has also been involved with the Advance317 Indy Chamber Leadership Exchange, Indianapolis Zoo Associate Council and various campaigns for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Ashlie is NMLS certified, and has passed both the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 exams. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Purdue University, as well as an MBA in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
