Illinois Bankers Association Recognizes Busey Leaders

Three Busey leaders were recognized by the Illinois Bankers Association (IBA) during a ceremony on October 18 for their contributions to our 4 Pillars—associates, customers, communities and shareholders!

Amy Randolph, Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer, has been named a Woman of Impact by the IBA. The award was established to celebrate IBA members who have made significant contributions and positive impacts in their organizations, communities and industry.

A highly respected and influential member of First Busey Corporation’s executive team, Amy is the epitome of a Woman of Impact. A progressive leader, her thoughtful and caring style of management and commitment to the communities we serve is undeniable.

Hope McAllister, Executive Vice President - Human Resources, was a finalist for the IBA Woman of the Year Award, which celebrates a woman in banking who excels at her profession, is active in the community and supports other females to reach their full potential—whether in banking or other fields.

With her infectious passion for her work and community, Hope is the personification of someone leading by example as she serves as a coach and mentor to many at Busey and beyond.

Lyndsay Howell, Senior Vice President - Director of HR Operations and Compensation, was a finalist for the Woman on the Rise Award, which celebrates a woman aged 40 or younger who is making a significant impact in her industry and community, making her “one to watch.”

The definition of a servant leader, Lyndsay embraces excellence in all that she does—serving as a role model for friends, coworkers and community members.
