Volunteer Spotlight Featuring Holli Alexander

February 2025 BUSEY'S VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH

Holli Alexander

Living the Busey promise in her community, Holli Alexander, AVP – General Accounting Manager, is being recognized as Busey’s Volunteer of the Month.

Holli has been an integral part of the St. Joseph Women’s Community Club since joining in 2018. As Treasurer since 2020, she has played a crucial role in organizing and volunteering for numerous community events that bring joy and togetherness to St. Joseph. From the Mutt Show to the Lighted Christmas Parade and the beloved Angel Tree, her dedication to helping organize these events is inspiring. Each February, she helps coordinate the highly successful Glo Bingo fundraiser, which raises essential funds to support a variety of local initiatives, such as scholarships for high school seniors, contributions to the Feed the Need food pantry, and assistance with negative lunch balances at local schools. The funds also support families in crisis, making a tangible impact on the community’s well-being.

In addition to her work with the St. Joseph Women’s Community Club, she also dedicates her time to volunteering at her church, where she works with children during church services and throughout Vacation Bible School. Her commitment to serving the younger generation reflects her deep passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of local families. Volunteering has allowed her to not only contribute to the community but also build meaningful connections with others who share her desire to give back.

Congratulations, Holli!
