Living the Busey promise in her community, Danielle Wisely, SVP – Workforce Performance Manager, is being recognized as Busey’s Volunteer of the Month.
Danielle has been an outstanding contributor to multiple local organizations, including the Glen-Ed Pantry, where she joined the board in 2023. Working closely with the Executive Director, Danielle has provided invaluable HR guidance and played a key role in driving improvements for the pantry. She’s excited about the upcoming capital campaign to build a new facility, which will enhance their ability to serve the community. Danielle is also passionate about engaging volunteers, encouraging others to share their time to support this vital cause.
In addition to her work with the Glen-Ed Pantry, Danielle has been an active member of the Madison County Workforce Innovation Board since 2013, currently serving as Vice Chair. She collaborates with local businesses and government leaders to improve employment opportunities in the region. Danielle is also deeply involved in the National HR Association, having held several leadership roles, including Sponsorship Chair, President, and Vice President. Outside of her professional commitments, Danielle teaches PSR/Sunday School for 4th to 6th graders at St. Mary’s Church, a role she’s cherished for over 15 years.
