Ronda Eckhardt

With over 40 years of banking experience, Ronda brought a deep knowledge of the industry with her when joining Busey in 2018. In her current role, she helps facilitate the lending process with consumer, home equity and first mortgage loans.

 

I initially started my career as a teller and my roles continued to grow—including serving as a universal banker, branch manager and home equity loan processor to name a few through the years. No matter my role, however, my philosophy has always been to treat clients with the utmost respect. Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day better.

 

I always listen carefully to a client’s needs and take the time to share what options may best suit them—helping to ensure the best possible experience for their success. By providing key information regarding our services and what our teams offer, it helps further bind our relationship with them as we become their trusted financial partner.
