Deeply invested in her community, Ester joined Busey in 2025 as a Community Banking Mortgage Officer. A bilingual speaker fluent in Spanish, she is a US HUD-Certified Housing Counselor and certified Freddie Mac CreditSmart® Trainer, and holds NCHECH Certification in Foreclosure Intervention & Default Counseling and NCHEC Certification for Homeownership Counseling.

 

As a Community Banking Mortgage Officer, my purpose is to open the gates to financial stability and homeownership opportunities to community residents wanting to own and sustain ownership. For me, it all starts with educating clients in basic financial tools and helping them find the right financing options.

 

I’m committed to providing a big picture view of the opportunities clients may have for building strong financial futures for themselves, their families and the community through homeownership and wealth building. Through thoughtful and proactive guidance, I help support clients throughout the homebuying process, as well as the emotional journey of budgeting, saving, building or rebuilding their credit until they are mortgage ready, buy and move in their new home. I aim to become a trusted, reliable resource for my clients.
