This commitment to embracing technological advancement in the workplace has not gone unnoticed, as Busey was recently named a 2023 Webex Champion Awards finalist—an award that recognizes individuals and companies using Webex to reimagine the workplace.

 

A first-ever recognition for Busey, finalists were selected based on how they are revolutionizing hybrid work, events, collaboration and/or customer experience in their organization. Specifically, Busey was selected as a finalist in the “Workplace Wizard” category, which recognizes and celebrates organizations that have reimagined their hybrid workspaces using Cisco devices and technology.

 

“Busey was nominated in this category due to our extensive use of video-enabled conference rooms and video usage on Webex meetings,” says Luke Wurl, Vice President – Senior Network Architect and Telecom Manager. “With the support of Busey leadership, we continue to evaluate how we can best create more flexible workspaces that allow associates to work in a comfortable, collaborative setting from wherever they happen to be on that particular day.”

Award winners will be announced on October 26 during a live ceremony at the WebexOne conference in Anaheim, California.
