We are honored to announce that Busey has been named a 2023 Healthiest Employer by the St. Louis Business Journal, marking the seventh year that Busey has been recognized by the awards program and the third year Busey has placed first.
Each year, The St. Louis Business Journal recognizes people-first organizations taking a proactive approach to associate health—addressing challenges to the modern American office by thinking outside the box. The organizations, recognized by company size, submitted information about their wellness programs to Healthiest Employer LLC, which used an online assessment to determine an organization’s commitment to its employees’ health and wellness.
Busey was first of four finalists in the category and one of 21 total nominees in the awards program. The organization has been named a finalist in the program for seven consecutive years and a winner for three—placing first in the large employers category, defined as 500-1,499 employees, in 2020, 2022 and 2023.
