Busey Receives Business Health Culture Award

Busey is honored to be named the winner of the 2022 BHC Business Health Culture Award by the St. Louis Business Health Coalition (BHC).

Created in 2014 by employers of the BHC’s Wellness Roundtable, the Business Health Culture Award recognizes BHC member organizations for their innovative and comprehensive approaches to improving the well-being of employees and their family members. The award application was modeled with careful consideration of best practices in the corporate wellness field, as defined by national research organizations, academia and the employer sector.

The award centers on the components that make a wellness program successful, such as leadership support, communications, incentives & participation and innovation. Busey is humbled to be recognized for our continual commitment to associate health and well-being. The St. Louis BHC is a nonprofit organization representing over 70 leading employers, which provide health benefits to thousands of lives locally and millions nationally.

Busey has also been recognized among the Healthiest Employers of St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal and Illinois' Healthiest Employers by Cigna and Crain's Content Studio since 2017 and 2018, respectively.
