Best Places to Work in Indiana | 2025

For the second year in a row, Busey is honored to be named among the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and its research partner Workforce Research Group. This is the fifth time Busey has received this honor.

 

Based on the honest and confidential survey responses of our associates, the organization was recognized among 150 other well-known employers in Indiana. Winning organizations represent more than 30 cities and towns, with multiple honorees coming from Bloomington, Carmel, Evansville, Fishers, Granger, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Jeffersonville, Kokomo, Marion, Noblesville, South Bend and Washington. In addition, several businesses have multiple Indiana locations.

 

The top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. Rankings will be unveiled April 30 at an awards event. In addition to the awards, winners will be recognized via a special section of the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® Magazine and through Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick.
