Awarded Best Bank to Work For

Busey is honored to be consistently recognized among the Best Banks to Work For by American Banker magazine and Best Companies Group since 2016. To determine the Best Banks to Work For, organizations were nominated in a two-part process. Banks were first evaluated on their workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure their experience. The combined scores determined the top banks and the final ranking.

Earlier this year, for the sixth consecutive time Busey was named among the Best Places to Work in Illinois by Best Companies Group and the Daily Herald Business Ledger. In addition, Busey has been named among the Best Companies to Work For in Florida by Best Companies Group and Florida Trend Magazine since 2017 and Best Places to Work in Indiana by Best Companies Group and The Indiana Chamber of Commerce since 2019.
