At a glance, you will be able to see the title, address, time and date of the event. For additional details about each event, click on the event box and a pop-out will appear. Look for your area location in the calendar's left column.

Please note: If your location is not shown, there is not event scheduled for that week.
To View Future Dates:
Use the right and left arrows in the upper-right corner of your screen to toggle between weeks throughout the year. To return to today’s date, click ‘TODAY’.
To Change Your Calendar View:
To change the weekly calendar to a monthly view, click ‘DAY’ in the upper right corner and choose ‘MONTH’. You will then see a monthly view of all events. A legend will be at the bottom of the calendar indicating the location color key.
To Download or Print:
Make sure to change your calendar view to a monthly view by using the above instructions. Click the down arrow in the upper right corner and select ‘DOWNLOAD PDF’. Choose your preferences and click the blue ‘Download’ button.
Please note: The download/print option only shows the month you are currently viewing. You cannot print more than one month at a time.
